VW Workshop Maual: Fresh Air Heating

This manual covers Eberspacher gas heaters installed in several types of air-cooled Volkswagens. These units are relatively unsafe if not well looked after, so hopefully owners of these heaters will find this information useful.

You may either download the entire manual in a tar.gz file containing PNGs, or download specific pages by using the table below. Gas heaters are more dangerous than the usual things you find documentation about on this site. They are often not maintained well and are in dire need of service. Your best bet is to take the unit to someone who has experience with them if you are not sure what you are doing. This information is not represented as an accurate guide to heater repair, but is simply for your perusal.
